Assessments & Evaluations

We offer a Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment (CDA), also known as a mental health assessment. This assessment is a thorough evaluation conducted by a licensed clinician.

This appointment is an information-gathering session that will identify and evaluate an individual’s strengths, weaknesses, problems and needs and to determine the level of substance abuse treatment and treatment planning. A GAIN-I assessment tool will be used.         

Trained evaluator performs court/employer-ordered drug and alcohol evaluations and DUI evaluations.
