You will be paired with a peer support coach that will connect with you and assist you with your recovery journey.

Your Peer Support Coach will guide you in developing a recovery action plan or a relapse prevention plan.

Lived Experience

Connect with your Peer Support by sharing their lived experience with substance use and recovery. They will help you discover self-determination, hope, and insight.

Setting Recovery Goals

Your Peer Support Coach will assist you in a wellness assessment and help you set realistic recovery goals.

Addressing Barriers to Recovery

You will learn new problem solving skills so you can overcome any barrier to recovery.

Recovery Resources

Your Peer Support Coach will connect you with professional and non-professional community resources to support you in your recovery journey.
