Free Recovery Coaching

Family Treatment Services, serving the communities of Emmett and Payette, proudly offers expanded access to recovery support through the Warm Handoff Program. Funded by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare’s Division of Behavioral Health, this initiative provides free recovery coaching to individuals facing substance use disorders, including challenges with opioids, alcohol, and psychostimulants.

When a patient is referred by a doctor or emergency room visit, they are connected with a dedicated recovery coach who offers personalized guidance, encouragement, and access to essential resources to support them through every stage of treatment and recovery.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, accessible care that empowers individuals and strengthens families in our community.
